ESMINT
The European Society of Minimally Invasive Neurological Therapy (ESMINT), the leading medical association in INR in Europe, uses its wide acceptance to support European Research by the EU Committee. Previously active in the Tension project, it also brings expertise in knowledge dissemination across Europe into the project.
Role in the project
The main focus of ESMINT within the SHERPA project relates to the evaluation of possible advantages – but also obstacles – in the interaction between neurointerventionalists and assistive AI-supported technologies. For this purpose, surveys among ESMINT members and interviews with stakeholders will be conducted. Finally, dedicated education and training activities for healthcare professionals in the field of minimally invasive neurotherapies are planned to enable a harmonious integration of the findings of the clinical studies into the neurointerventional working environment.
