SIM&CURE

Sim&Cure – Empowering Precision in Neurovascular Treatment

Sim&Cure is a MedTech company based in France, specializing in the development of digital solutions to assist physicians in the planning and personalization of endovascular treatment for cerebral aneurysms. Founded in 2014, Sim&Cure combines advanced simulation technology with clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes and streamline decision-making in neurointervention.

Our flagship solution, Sim&Size™, is a CE-marked and FDA cleared software platform that enables physicians to simulate the deployment of neurovascular devices prior to intervention. By leveraging patient-specific 3D imaging and device modeling, Sim&Size™ supports treatment planning with greater accuracy, consistency, and confidence—helping clinicians make better-informed decisions tailored to each individual case.

Sim&Cure works closely with healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry partners to ensure that innovation is rooted in real-world clinical needs. Our technology is currently used in 400+ hospitals across more than 45 countries, contributing to the treatment of over 30,000 patients.

Beyond product development, Sim&Cure is also actively involved in clinical research, training initiatives, and collaborative projects that push the boundaries of digital health in neurointervention. Our team includes biomedical engineers, clinical experts, and data scientists who are passionate about bringing meaningful innovation to the field.

With a strong focus on safety, usability, and integration with existing clinical workflows, Sim&Cure is committed to shaping the future of minimally invasive treatment through digital precision.

Role in the project

As a key partner in the SHERPA project, Sim&Cure brings its expertise in patient-specific simulation to enhance neurointerventional care.

We focus on two main areas:

  1. Advanced 3D Visualization & Planning – Supporting the evaluation and integration of novel 3D technologies, with enhanced incorporation of Sim&Size™ into operating rooms to optimize preoperative workflows.
  2. Predictive Modeling & Clinical Validation – Contributing to a 2,000-patient study to evaluate Sim&Predict’s role in treatment planning, efficiency, and outcomes. Sim&Cure also leads clinical trials to assess the safety and impact of these innovations on real-world workflows.
